Performance Fees

Please reach out to glenda [at] newballet [dot] org or bring your payment to the front desk to pay your performance fees. Fees are $125/student, unless on scholarship.

Participant Information Form

All dancers participating in Nut Remix must complete this form. It is important that we're aware of allergies, emergency contacts, and t-shirt sizes.

Principal Letter for School Show

The Nut Remix School Show is Thursday, Nov. 14 at 10:30am. All cast members, both Apples and Oranges, are required to attend. Please present this letter to your dancer's school principal so that they may be excused for the Nut Remix school show.

Show Week Schedule: Check In and Check Out

For Parents: Show Week Pickup/Drop off Times. This schedule includes call-times and dismissal times for November 10 - 17.

View Parking and Check-In/Check-Out Procedures HereCheck In/Out will be at the intersection of Poplar Ave. and Front St. for all students. Cars must have a sign on the dashboard indicating your dancer's name and assigned zone.

Parking at The Cannon Center

Parking at the Cannon Center is currently inaccessible due to construction. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. 

 Here is a list of parking solutions for attending Nut Remix at the Cannon Center:

  • Park at the River Parks Garage located at Front and Poplar, directly across from the Cannon Center.
  • We recommend using a car service, such as Uber or Lyft, and carpool when possible.

Cannon Center Entrance:

You may enter the Cannon Center at Main Street and Poplar Avenue or use the west entrance at Front Street and Poplar Avenue.  Both entrances are on the ground floor and are ADA accessible.

Parking Waiver

Dancers who will be driving or riding with a student driver to the Cannon Center during show week must have a signed waiver from a parent or guardian. Please submit a parking waiver to mary [at] newballet [dot] org by Saturday, Nov. 9.

Costume Guidelines

ShoesPlease assure that your dancer’s shoes are clean, sewn, and appropriate for the costume. Please pack an extra pair of pointe shoes during show week in case of emergency breakage or loss.
