Briana Brown (Ballet, Flamenco)

Ms. Brown started dancing at New Ballet Ensemble when she was seven years old where she thrived as a student performer. After graduating high school, she joined New Ballet Ensemble as a company member and teaching assistant.

Briana is a full-time student at the University of Memphis, on track to receive her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and leads early childhood classes at Dunbar Elementary, grades Pre K - 3 and at Grace St. Luke's school.

Briana has had the opportunity to dance principal roles in Coppélia ReMix (Swanhilda) and in theNut ReMix as Clara and the Snow Queen in 2017.

Briana’s represented New Ballet Ensemble and School at the White House in 2014, when NBES received the National Arts and Humanities Youth Program Award presented by First Lady Michelle Obama. Briana is excited to continue to grow her career with New Ballet as a dancer, teaching artist, and choreographer.
