Creative Youth Development
Sponsored by Align Mentoring, New Ballet Ensemble and School provides personal mentoring and group workshops on various topics, for students and parents, to support our Creative Youth Development and holistic model of learning.
We are using dance as the avenue to open up conversations that our youth are already having.
New Ballet Ensemble and School is dedicated to supporting our students in every possble way. We strive to provide personal and professional support for our dancers through artistic and personal mentoring, academic support, social and emotional support and college and career counseling. Our staff and volunteers work to provide these services and ensure that no child is without support.

Although the Memphis Grizzlies support our program with funding for mentoring, we are asking parents to help out by paying nominal fees for the one workshop only, the December 2 all day retreat (when there will be no ballet classes). The fee for the day (including lunch) is $22.00. If you need support in paying this fee, please do not hesitate to contact alexis [at] newballet [dot] org
